Returns and Exchanges
We'll gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the item arriving to you based on the tracking number. If you're not happy with the jewelry, simply send it back for a refund or exchange it for something else that you want.
Terms:
- Jewelry must be in new, unworn condition. All returns are subject to inspection and Jewelry that have been used will not be accepted.
- Customers must return Jewelry packaged safely, with tracking and insurance suggested. We will not be responsible for lost return packages.
To make a return or exchange, please contact us for authorization and instructions.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
Returns for a refund is subject to a 15% restocking fee, to be subtracted from the order total prior to reimbursement. Kindly contact us to start the process. Custom and solid gold items are not eligible for a return since each piece is handmade to order.
- Please allow up to 3 business days after your return is processed for shipment of the replacement item(s) (exclusions apply for items on back-order) or refund to be processed.
- Sales are final on purchases of limited edition, precious material or custom items. These made to order items are not eligible for return. Clearance Jewelry are all sales final.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, you must let us know within 12 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
