Q: Are the stones real diamonds?
A: All of our rings are made of 925 sterling silver coated protected by MJD Shield. MJD Shield is anti-tarnish & self - cleaning technology. The stones are Certified D clarity Moissanite. Unlike natural gemstones that are mined from the earth using large machinery, explosives, and unsafe working conditions, our stone was developed to be more durable with better optical characteristics than of a diamond while maintaining an ethical standard to protect our environment.
Q: Will this jewelry turn my skin green?
A: Of course NOT, our s925 sterling silver jewelry won't turn your skin green. Our rings are made of 925 sterling silver, and the quality has been verified by International Institution SGS.
Q: For the plated jewelry, I worry the color will fade off.
A: Please DON'T worry. We have a rigorous quality control process to ensure the quality of all of our jewelry. The plating will not fade off naturally. In the rare event that something is wrong with your jewelry, please immediately contact our customer service so we can help solve your problem. If a problem should arise and within the time limit of your warranty, we will make an exchange with you to replace your jewelry. Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Is your packaging discreet? What does the box look like?
A: Your order will arrive in unmarked packaging to keep its contents a secret.
Q: How will I know if my order has been shipped?
A: As soon as your order leaves our Seattle warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access to-the-minute location information.
Q: I put the wrong shipping address, or made a mistake on my order, can you change it?
A: If you receive an order confirmation email and notice a mistake with the order, please contact us as soon as possible.
